Issue#1: Order saved without sales group SO#3095506, no change logs available.

Issue#2: Program Orders on Hold, Newera faced Planning and credit issues when rolling up the program with below orders.

Issue#3:The business has brought us some examples where deliveries are not created by the overnight batch job when the delivery quantity would be 6 or less,
At first, Newera assumed that they were referring to the back order rejection program, but in digging a bit deeper, these are sales orders where the inventory has been fixed by ARun, but the delivery is not automatically created.

Issue#1: BMS checked the sales orders with customer (1015676) before and after 5/6 and each one has the sales rep populated on them,
user ANNWAD did not create any other order except the above order for this customer from 1/1 till date and no change logs are updated,
Return order 60127099 was created on 2/2/16 by user ELAMCC and the sales rep is shown as BC but there are no change logs confirming the same. Though the sales rep was changed from BC to DZ in the customer master on 12/15.
Issue#2:No issue is found with the sales orders that are created before / after this specific sales order for the same customer, The standard sales order program is debugged and found that the error is due to the invalid entry in VBAK – RPLNR field.

Issue#3: During analysis found that there is a code in the user exit done in 2009.
However, according to the code the delivery if not the first one for a given SO is blocked from creation if the quantity is less than or equal to the quantity maintained in the TVARVC table. This is only applicable to deliveries created by BATCHUSER. Also all such documents are stored in the table ZSD_DELV_BLOCK but there are no entries in this table. And for all such blocked deliveries an error message has been put in place, “Delivery Quantity: XX not greater than minimum Quantity: YY”. BMS didn’t come across this error message neither in the job log nor in the collective logs for delivery creation.
Suggested to Newera that we may run a test with BATCHUSER – delivery creation in background for quantity less than or equal to 6 and ensure there’s an already existing delivery for the SO.
BMS didn't had access to BATCHUSER to run a test.
The same was replicated in NEQ-600, The user shown while scheduling the job and the user at step level were shown different.
Details to schedule the job were provided to Newera as below:

- Program : RVV50R10C
- Variant : NA SO DLV BKGD
A delivery should be created for SO 2766971 for 100 units. Subsequently, the remaining size for 6 units should be allocated and the job triggered again to see if the delivery is created.
